Dorset-based developer AJC Group is just one month away from completing its West Cliff development, The Sonnet, located in Bournemouth. A stone’s throw away from newly refurbished The Nici hotel, the scheme boasts 14 two-bedroom luxury apartments, ideal for those seeking a stunning new home.

Located on the iconic West Cliff, the £10m development is in one of the town’s most sought-after locations, with uninterrupted sea and coastal views and easy access to seven miles of award-winning white sandy beaches.
