Trailway View, Goodsyard, Broadstone, Poole
Goodsyard, located on Station Approach in Broadstone, Poole, is a new wholly affordable development which will soon provide 33 much-needed one- and two- bedroom apartments, all for affordable rent.
The scheme will be situated over four floors and feature a contemporary modern exterior. Previously a brownfield site and used for car parking, the development will deliver necessary affordable housing to this area of Poole, which historically has seen a shortage.
The development is being delivered in partnership with affordable housing provider Abri. Recently the site was officially named ‘Trailway View’ by local primary school, Broadstone First School. Construction commenced earlier this year.
