Eight members of the AJC Group team took on the Vitality Bournemouth Bay Run on Sunday, 23rd March 2025, raising an impressive £1,500 in support of the HealthBus Trust.
Running the half-marathon distance of 21km along Bournemouth’s beautiful seafront, the team ran from Hengistbury Head to Poole in aid of the local mobile healthcare charity. The HealthBus Trust delivers vital, GP-led medical support to individuals experiencing homelessness across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
The runners included Sebastian Janes, Managing Director; Elliot Lines, Trainee Quantity Surveyor; Ben Mann, Technical Coordinator; Simon McFarlane, Planning Director; Antonella Aquilina, Finance Manager; Natalie Gomez, Client Relations Manager; Isabella Light, Assistant Land Buyer; and Bradley Fitzwalter, Site Manager.
This latest fundraising effort builds on AJC Group’s strong and growing relationship with the HealthBus Trust, following a string of innovative charity initiatives – including pulling the 4.5-tonne HealthBus along Bournemouth beach last summer and donning festive gear for the December Santa Run.
Last year, AJC Group fundraised almost £10,000 for the charity, with all the proceeds going towards helping the HealthBus Trust expand its reach and continue to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare for some of the most vulnerable people in the local area.
