We’ve recently welcomed three new members to the AJC Group team: Robert Healy has joined as Technical Manager, Rory Beynsberger as Project Buyer, and Charlie Carey as Trainee Site Manager.
The appointments come as we continue to grow our team to support our expanding programme of affordable housing projects across the region.
Robert brings more than a decade of experience spanning architecture and housebuilding and is currently supporting the first phase of our major regeneration project in Boscombe. Away from work, he’s spent the past four years renovating his 1960s bungalow, enjoys playing guitar, watching Test match cricket (when he can) and has recently become a dad for the first time.
Rory manages material procurement across our live developments and is already supporting several major projects across Dorset. Outside work, he plays guitar and enjoys go-karting. His childhood ambition was to become a pilot, sparked by a flight in a First World War-era biplane when he was young. He later joined the Air Cadets and began private flying lessons, but ultimately chose university over commercial flying school.
Charlie has joined our construction team in Sturminster Newton. He originally worked as a marine electrician on superyachts and sailing boats before gaining interest in construction through a role managing smaller projects on a private residential estate. Away from site, he enjoys kickboxing, cage fighting and the gym, supports Manchester United and admits to being a secret Sabrina Carpenter fan when nobody else is in the car!
Welcome to AJC Group, Robert, Rory and Charlie. We’re delighted to have you in the team.
