AJC Group today confirms exchange of contracts in a partnership with Abri to provide affordable homes in Lindsay Avenue in Poole.

Wessex leading developers, AJC Group applied and secured planning approval for 2 blocks of apartments, providing 21 no. 2-bedroom units, and 7 no. 3 bedroom housing with associated landscaping, parking and access on Lindsay Road, Poole. Planning application submitted.
