Dorset-based affordable housing contractor AJC Group have been named as finalists for the South Coast Property Awards 2024, after being shortlisted for a trio of awards.
The nominations include the coveted Housebuilder of the Year category, as well as the Regeneration Project of the Year with its Dorchester Brewery development located in Dorchester, and Residential Development of the Year with its The Sloop development, located in Poole.
The awards ceremony is due to take place on Thursday 6th June 2024 at the Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl. The black tie gala will be hosted by comedian Simon Evans with a total of 15 categories celebrating the best in commercial property in the South Coast.

Dorchester Brewery is a community-focused brownfield regeneration development being delivered in partnership with Aster Group, creating 57 affordable homes for Dorchester. The Sloop, based in Poole, is AJC Group’s largest development to date, and will deliver 86 apartments across six floors for both private sale and for rent.
