AJC Group has announced a range of measures to help staff with the increase in the cost of living.
At a recent company meeting, it was announced each member of staff would be receiving a £200 cost of living bonus each month for the next six months. This coupled with the introduction of a pension salary sacrifice scheme means more money in the pockets of AJC Group staff. In addition, the we announced an extra day of annual leave for staff birthdays.
AJC Group Director Sebastian Janes commented:

As a small thanks we hope these new measures will go at least some way to looking after our team during the current economic climate and assisting with the increase in day to day living.”
