Paul started working in the construction industry around 6 years ago as a logistics manager and quickly realized that this was the industry for him. So much so, he wishes he had started when he left school! He completed all his exams, up to NVQ level 6, within 3 years as he was really keen to reach site management level and pursue his career further.

Paul joined AJC after having worked as an assistant site manager on various high-profile commercial projects, travelling up and down the UK, for 5 years .

In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family who loving having him back at home more. He enjoys going to the gym, watching his son play golf or football and visiting his daughter at university.
