Neil Baker-Clipston

Senior Site Manager

Neil joined AJC Group as a Senior Site Manager in January 2025. After leaving school he went to construction college to take his City and Guilds in bricklaying. Neil worked for his father’s company whilst studying, working on a variety of projects from historical restorations to refurbs and new builds. Neil went back to college at the age of 26 to gain a site managers certification whilst managing his first site. At the age of 30 Neil moved away from Lincolnshire and moved to Dorset to live by the sea and bring up his children.

Since moving to Dorset Neil has managed many projects for local and national developers, gaining national awards along the way. Neil has gained a vast knowledge of construction practices over his career and strives for excellence in every task he in faced with.

In his spare time he goes to music events all over the world and occasionally play some golf!
