Michael Styczynski

Financial Controller

Michael’s joins our Finance Team as our Management Accountant. Since coming over to UK in 2006 on a Trainee Management programme in the Retail industry, he was based in the midlands until he discovered how wonderful the south coast was and has lived here ever since.

His accounting career started in 2014 where Michael started working towards obtaining a professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which he achieved in 2020. Prior to joining AJC, he worked for McCarthy Stone as a Service Charge Accountant in the property management team looking after a portfolio of 100+ developments.

The year 2024 was particularly successful, as not only did he secure a promotion to his current role but he was also voted by his colleagues to be awarded an Employee of the Year award, something he feels particularly proud of.

In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his family, walking and cycling.
