Customer Care Manager

Cherie is our Customer Care Manager having previously worked for McCarthy Stone for just over 4 years, a retirement developer in the Dorset region, looking after a large portfolio of developments.

As Customer Care Manager she is the primary contact for our customer base, overseeing the resolution of any warranty related defects while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors. Additionally, she leads a team of two comprising a Customer Care Coordinator and a Maintenance Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.

Cherie relocated from Buckinghamshire to the South Coast in 2012 to be closer to family and in her spare time she enjoys going for walks along the beach, socialising with friends, cooking, as well as creative activities including photography and interior design.
