Beth Dixon

Land Manager

Beth is a Chartered Surveyor with a BSc(Hons) in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University. Before joining AJC Group, Beth spent five years at Savills, working with landowners to maximise their development potential. Her current focus is securing new sites across Hampshire and West Sussex, this includes consented sites, strategic land and everything in between. Most of Beth’s spare time is spent renovating her new house with partner Alex. When she can escape the DIY, Beth also loves baking, sea swimming and hiking along the Jurassic Coast.
