We are celebrating after being recognised with two prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards and a Seal of Excellence for two of our current housing developments in Dorset and Hampshire.

We received awards for our exceptional site managers at our Trailway View development in Broadstone, being delivered in partnership with the not-for-profit housing association Abri, and our 22-home project in Hythe, in partnership with New Forest District Council (NFDC). The Hythe scheme also achieved the highly coveted NHBC Seal of Excellence, placing it among the top 3% of construction sites in the South West.

Trailway View is delivering 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent, while our Hythe development comprises a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses on the edge of the New Forest. Both schemes are being delivered entirely for affordable housing, ensuring local people, who are often priced out of the private market, can access well-designed, sustainable new homes in their own communities.

The NHBC (National House-Building Council) is the UK’s leading provider of warranty and insurance for new homes and is dedicated to raising construction standards nationwide. Out of around 8,000 eligible sites in the region, only a small number are recognised for exceptional build quality, attention to detail, site leadership, technical expertise, and health and safety performance.

These latest accolades mark another significant milestone for us and highlight our ongoing commitment to raising the standard of affordable housing across the Wessex and South region.
