Having acquired three detached dwellings in the high value area of Branksome park in Poole, we gained permission for construction on this well-positioned site for 44 apartments. The scheme has been brought forward in our partnerships model on behalf of ABRI housing association as 100% affordable housing with 28 homes designated for shared ownership and 16 for affordable rent; once again proving the ability to bring forward well-conceived afford housing, even in high value areas.
