In 2019 we achieved planning for a development of 19 quality apartments for open market sale in the affluent suburb of Bournemouth.
Through our partnerships model we successfully delivered 100% of the apartments as affordable housing with Stonewater Housing Association.
Split over two, unimposing buildings, offering private parking and landscaped gardens, this site alone delivered almost 50% of the total number of affordable units brought forward in the borough of Bournemouth in 2021.
It also received national recognition in the form of a Seal of Excellence award from the NHBC.
