QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our ever-growing team. As our new Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely alongside our Construction Management team and our Site teams to ensure efficient and effective package tendering, quantifying and procurement of materials, sub-contractor package placements and managing sub-contractor accounts. We are looking for someone ideally with experience in projects which include both housing, apartments and sectional agreements including 278 works. It would be desirable but not essential that you have had exposure to client-led schemes under a JCT D&B Contract as well as private developments.

You will need to hold a full UK driving license as our sites span across Dorset and Hampshire. This role will be both site and office based.
