Zoe Wensley-Smith

Land Director

Zoe joins AJC as Land Director overseeing the acquisition of land for the company.  Zoe has almost 20 years’ experience successfully leading teams to acquire land for development and has worked for both private housebuilders and housing associations such as Churchill Retirement Living, Kier Living and Aster Group.  With her wealth of experience, Zoe brings invaluable knowledge of site acquisition, legals and project management to her role.  She has predominantly worked in central southern England, specifically Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, West Sussex, Surrey & Berkshire.

In her spare time, Zoe enjoys sunny holidays and family time with her husband, two daughters and Digby the dog.
