Site Manager

Brad joined the AJC Group in January 2022 as one of our Assistant Site Managers, and quickly progressed to the Site Manager position.

After leaving school, Brad immediately joined the Construction industry as a Plasterer where he mastered all aspects of his trade. Following successfully completing an NVQ2 in Plastering, he took some time out to travel to Australia where he continued using the skills he had obtained. On his return to the UK he purchased his first house with a passion for building and renovating.

Having a desire to work within construction, Brad followed his passion and secured a role in Site Management with Drew Smith where he gained experience in metal frame, traditional and timber frame dwellings.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys a game of football or a round of golf as well as spending time with this wife and kids.
