Bart Kulka

Site Manager

Bart has joined the AJC Group as our Site Manager. With over 15 years of Construction experience, his career has seen him through different roles across the industry.

His career began as an apprentice carpenter which later progressed to working foreman, site management and contracts manager for a small development company who specialised in housing and renovation schemes. He later joined Persimmon Homes where he successfully managed several large schemes and went onto completing CIOB Chartership in 2021.

With his wealth of experience, Bart brings invaluable technical, commercial and industry knowledge to his role at AJC Group.

Outside of his work, Bart enjoys fishing, football and spending time with the family and friends.
