Okeford Fitzpaine, Blandford Forum

We achieved planning permission for 27 homes in the attractive North Dorset village of Okeford Fitzpaine.

Under the terms of the s.106 we were only obliged to provide 40% of the new homes as ‘affordable housing’. In line with our social and corporate strategy we will be delivering the site 100% for much needed affordable housing in a variety of tenures in partnership with our clients Aster Communities. Surrounded by stunning countryside, this development will comprise of two and three bedroom homes, each with private outdoor space and parking.
