We achieved planning permission for 27 homes in the attractive North Dorset village of Okeford Fitzpaine.

Under the terms of the s.106 we were only obliged to provide 40% of the new homes as ‘affordable housing’. In line with our social and corporate strategy, we delivered 100% of the site to much needed affordable housing in a variety of tenures in partnership with our clients Aster Communities. Surrounded by stunning countryside, this development comprises of two and three bedroom homes, each with private outdoor space and parking.
