We are consulting on amended proposals for 25 new homes on the site at Orchard Gate, Noads Way, Dibden Purlieu, Hythe, SO45 4PD. We have carefully reviewed the previous reasons for refusal (application ref - 21/11201) and the comments received from local residents and stakeholders. Local and National planning policy requirements have also been taken into consideration, in particular the need for smaller more affordable homes. Your views on the proposals are incredibly important and will help us develop the plans further over the coming weeks. We would therefore be grateful if you would take the time to submit feedback and tell us what you think prior to the submission of the planning application to New Forest District Council in July.
