The South coast of England, the only natural heritage site in the world, boasting miles of uninterrupted beaches welcomed more than 640,000 visitors over the recent Easter Bank Holiday weekend, maybe you were one of the happy holiday makers?

As many as 57% of people will be taking their annual summer holiday in the UK, a rise of 2% on last year, with the average domestic break being a week-long. The average expected spend of £823 is also up 37% from £599 last year.

How about making these visits a more permanent routine? Over the last three years, Brits opting to buy a second home within the UK has risen by 39%.
