TWYNHAM SCHOOL ALUMNI, and AJC Group Director Seb Janes was recently invited as a Guest Speaker to the School for their Career’s Day, an opportunity he was delighted to participate in.

When asked about the event, Seb stated “My education at Twynham School and 6th Form is a period that I will always look back upon fondly. My time at Twynham undoubtedly played a key role in nurturing my character and potential, which ultimately moulded me into the person I am today. When recently presented with the opportunity to participate in this event I didn’t think twice.”

Using this platform to share and reminisce on the positive experience Seb had during his school years, he spoke to the students about life beyond the School, and what options may be available to them.

Twynham undoubtedly gave him the encouragement to start AJC Group, a company that has since transformed into a Group of Organisations, therefore Seb’s hope would be to inspire others, and as a result create successes of their own and achievements that they can be proud of.

With a national skills shortage, encouraging students down the Construction route, whether this be in a commercial or manual avenue, is something we at AJ are very focussed on.
