AJC Homes are pleased to announce we have acquired a site in the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury to build 14 much-needed affordable terraced homes for families in the area.

Available for sale through a shared ownership model, we’ll be building the houses for Sovereign Housing Association, one of the largest housing associations in the country. Sovereign provides over 57,000 homes for people in housing need across the south and south west of England.

This development will consist of 14 3-bed family homes to include parking and gardens for all.

AJC Homes are passionate about delivering social housing across the Wessex region and this site represents a major step forward in our plans to achieve this.
