We are delighted to report start on site has commenced and demolition is now complete at Clarendon Road, Westbourne. We will be delivering 19 high quality affordable apartments on behalf of our social housing clients, Stonewater. We anticipate practical completion of the units for Autumn 2021; 11 of which will be for affordable rent and 8 will be available to purchase through a rent to buy scheme.

We are extremely pleased to be working with the NHBC, who will be assessing the build and providing the warranty for these new homes. Our partnership with the NHBC is a strong alliance, both having the aligned objective of delivering superior quality family homes in the most efficient and sustainable way.
