Hythe, The New Forest
In partnership with The New Forest District Council (NFDC), AJC Group were appointed earlier this year to build a fully affordable housing development in the town of Hythe, located in The New Forest.
Situated south of Beaulieu Road, the completed development will include a mix of homes, from one and two-bedroom apartments to two-, three-, and four-bedroom family houses.
The site originally accommodated the old NHS Hythe and Dibden War Memorial Hospital, with a new state-of-the-art hospital built in 2022 on the adjoining site. Construction will commence later this year.
