Handley Cross, Hazelbury Bryan

In Hazelbury Bryan we achieved planning permission for 21 homes with beautiful views over surrounding farmland of The Blackmore Vale. Under the terms of the s.106 we were obliged to provide 40% of the new homes as ‘affordable housing’. In line with our social and corporate strategy we will once again be delivering the site 100% for much needed affordable housing in a variety of tenures in partnership with our clients Abri Housing association.

The site has been sympathetically designed to bring a modern but attractive twist on the country cottage look. All 21 homes will benefit from 2 or 3 bedrooms, private gardens and parking.
